HUB Construct AI (the "Service") is a browser-based design tool requiring no installation, for editing room floor plans, 3D visualisation, floor-plan import (image/PDF with AI-based recognition), automated furnishing, and generation of engineering worksheets (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire safety and design sheets). The Service is digital content; no physical goods are delivered.

Payment is processed by card via the secure checkout of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). The Provider never sees or stores card data. Prices shown are net; VAT is added at checkout according to the customer's country. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number are subject to the reverse charge mechanism (0% VAT). Upon successful payment, a licence key granting access is issued automatically.
The licence key is bound to one (1) device: upon first activation, the key is tied to that browser/device (device binding). Transferring, duplicating or publicly sharing the key is prohibited. To move the licence to a new device, contact info@aaa777.eu.
Plans, worksheets and AI checks produced by the Service are for informational purposes only; they do not constitute permit-ready design documentation and do not replace the work of a licensed architect or discipline engineer. AI-based recognition and checks may contain errors; final technical decisions are the responsibility of the user or the professional they engage. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation but makes every effort to maintain it.
The Service's software, source code and graphical assets are the exclusive property of Quantum Quast Energy Kft. Plans created and documents exported by the user belong to the user.
Complaints may be submitted to info@aaa777.eu; the Provider responds substantively within 30 days. Consumers may turn to the conciliation body competent for their place of residence (in Budapest: Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., Hungary) and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

The Service uses no tracking cookies and no analytics or marketing services. Operation relies solely on the browser's local storage (localStorage), which holds licence data and the user's own projects — this data remains on the user's device. No consent banner is required for strictly necessary storage.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests: info@aaa777.eu — answered within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9–11., naih.hu) or with your local supervisory authority.

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right is lost once performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); Hungarian Gov. Decree 45/2014, §29(1)(m)). Activation of the licence key constitutes the beginning of performance.
If the key has not been activated, you may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days of purchase by writing to info@aaa777.eu; the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
