01 Access
Two ways in: try it without a key, or sign in with the key you bought. Both open the same editor.
Trial
- Click Open the editor.
- Plan one room freely and try the automatic layout.
- Saving and printing are disabled in trial mode.
With a key
- Enter the key you received after purchase.
- The key is bound to your device (one key — one device).
- Saving and printing switch on; the program auto-saves every 30 seconds.
The editor runs at aaa777.eu — nothing to download, no special browser needed. The old file-based method is no longer valid.
02 Start from a floor plan
The whole building is built from the floor plan of a single storey. You upload it, the program recognises it — and multiplies the rest.
Upload the floor plan
A photo or image (JPG/PNG), PDF or DWG. A sharp, top-down drawing gives the best result.
The AI recognises the rooms
Walls, doors and windows fall into place. Fixtures drawn on the plan — bathtub, WC, basin — are kept as fact: the automatic layout never overwrites them. You can adjust the result by hand at any time.
Multiply the storeys
Set EMELET (floors) and LAKÁS/EM. (apartments per floor) — the recognised storey is copied to identical floors. One floor plan — a whole building.

03 The workflow
Order matters: furniture first, then lock, and only then the engineering disciplines.
Pick a room
Open a room from the list, or enter its dimensions by hand. If you started from a floor plan (02), the recognised rooms are already waiting in the list.
Design — furniture
On the 🎨 Design tab press 🤖 Auto-design (all systems) — furniture, doors and windows fall into place. Manual adjustment: ✋ Move → click the item → move it → click again. R rotates, Del deletes, 📚 Furniture library adds a new item.
Lock the plan
Once the furniture is in place, press 🔒 Lock plan. Unlock the same way: 🔓.
Engineering disciplines can only be added after the design is locked (🔒) — otherwise the tabs stay inactive.Engineering disciplines
After locking, four tabs open: ⚡ Electrical, 🔧 Plumbing, 🌀 HVAC, 🔥 Fire Safety. On each, run 🤖 Auto-design, then adjust by hand where needed.
Heating mode
Choose the room's heating: radiators, underfloor, air heating or local. The printed work sheet reflects the chosen mode.
Print
Use the 🖨 buttons to print a work sheet per room or in batch: material list, time norms, cost in forints and installation dimensions. (With a key.)
Save
💾 Save — the project goes into a .json file. 📂 Load — reload an earlier project. Always open the .json with the Load button, never directly.

| The AI didn't recognise the plan accurately | Use a sharper, top-down image. Recognised walls and items can be adjusted by hand — lock the plan after fixing. |
